ARF53 is a radio modem for long range applications and is approved for both the US and EU markets. The radio modem handles RS-232, -485 and USB intefaces with data speeds of up to 57,6 kbit/s. ARF53 has a rugged design and a range of up to 6 km or almost 4 miles.

ARF53 is supplied in an IP65 box keeping rough elements on the outside. The product is configured through serial AT-commands via a terminal program on an ordinary PC. The radio modem is available in two models: 863-870MHz (Europe) and 902-928MHz (USA). The product is CE-marked and FCC approved.
